Rosemary trained at Clarendon College in Nottingham to become a qualified Chef in the 80’s. She ran her own successful restaurant south of Lincoln for a number of years and then moved into the teaching profession. She spent many years teaching at a further education college, passing on her skills both in cooking, restaurant management and front of house service. At the same time she further developed her own teaching and presentation skills and gained qualifications for teaching.
Rosemary’s passion has always been the AGA since helping her granny cook on one at the family farm when she was very small. On moving into the farmhouse where she now lives with husband Peter and children Edward and Alice, she became the proud owner of an AGA for the first time and started the business of running demonstrations from home. The AGA has subsequently been upgraded to a 4 oven version and the farmhouse facilities expanded to make it more suitable for demonstrations.
